1. boe Jumpsuits is the trading name of Sole Trader, Emma Wreyford.

2. All orders are treated as placed and received in the United Kingdom and any disputes arising must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Ordering and Acceptance

3. Email confirmation will be sent to you upon our acceptance of your order, which will constitute the contract between us in accordance with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order in whole or in part.

Prices, Particulars and Payment

4. The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate and exclusive of delivery charges.

5. The price, availability and specification of the goods are subject to change without notice.

6. All descriptions, drawings and specifications are published for illustration purposes only and are not binding on us.

7. Payment may be made by any credit, debit or payment card acceptable to us, which payment will be encrypted to ensure secure electronic transmission of data.

Delivery

9. boe Jumpsuits are made to order. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 10 working days. However, it is not possible to specify a guaranteed delivery date.

10. Postage costs are dependant on the total weight of your order and are calculated at the checkout after your delivery address has been confirmed. For example, an Original boe suit costs £4.95 to post to a UK Mainland destination. As our couriers dictate, postage cost per unit gram gets cheaper as the order gets bigger. So the postage for 4 original boe suits would be £9.35. Check your postage at the checkout.

Title and Risk

11. Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all moneys owed by you under this and any other contract.

12. All risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

Exchanges and Refunds

13. If you are dissatisfied with the goods for any reason and return the same unworn to us by post within 28 days of delivery we will refund the cost of the goods.

14. The above is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
